·         0.075-0.15mg 30 min before journey, repeated every 6h (max 3 doses/day)

2-5 years
Bowel Colic in palliative care
·         0.3-0.5/mg TDS-QID
·         5 mg TDS-QID

GI and Colonic Spasm
·         10 mg TDS

Concerns

Cautious
·         Children (especially Down Syndrome)
·         Not used in children with Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, diarrhoea, ulcerative colitis
Contraindicated
·         Myasthenia gravis
·         Paralytic ileus
·         Pyloric stenosis
·         Toxic megacolon
