Renal adjustment dose for patients with tuberculosis drug.

For renal impairment patient with SrCr<30mL/min and those receiving hemodialysis:

  • no changes for isoniazid and rifampicin
  • Pyrazinamide (25-30mg/kg) and Ethambutol (15-25mg/kg) changed to three times per week administration due to significant renal excretion of both drugs.
  • Antituberculosis drug should be given after hemodialysis to prevent drug loss.
